Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates We offer tiered shipping based on order value:
- Orders $5.00–$20.00 — $1.50 Standard Economy (no tracking)
- Orders $20.01–$199.99 — $4.99 Standard Insured Shipping with tracking
- Orders $200.00+ — Free Premium Insured Shipping with signature required
Packaging All trading cards and memorabilia are carefully packaged with protective sleeves, top loaders, or rigid mailers to ensure safe delivery. Graded cards are shipped in bubble mailers or boxes with additional padding.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
International Shipping At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. Please contact us at nbgvintage@gmail.com for international shipping inquiries.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
